Rhiannon Dixon is Executive Assistant to Glenn Alba and Sunju Patel at Montford Group, an accomplished executive support professional with more than twenty years of experience serving senior leadership in luxury real estate, bespoke goods, and private home offices. Her career spans the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, where she has built a reputation for discretion, operational rigor, and high-touch service.

In her role, Dixon sits at the center of operations, communication, and high-level coordination for both principals—streamlining workflows, managing sensitive communications, coordinating demanding schedules and travel, and implementing organizational systems across the firm’s real estate investment, capital markets, and multi-residence operations. Her work is defined by confidentiality, precision, and an ability to create seamless structure in fast-moving, high-trust environments.

Dixon has supported Glenn Alba since the founding of Opterra Capital, contributing to the firm’s operational strength and executive workflow from its earliest stages. She also served as Executive & Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner of Continental Properties, building and maintaining high-volume organizational systems across business and household operations. Earlier in her career, she advanced through leadership roles at Mrs. John L. Strong Company–including Office Manager and Executive/Personal Assistant—where she doubled flagship sales, increased press placements by 300%, and directed retail operations, VIP client services, marketing, and boutique management while supervising national staff and international artisans.
