Patricia Rigsby

Patricia Rigsby is Director of Construction at Montford Group, a seasoned construction executive with more than 35 years of experience leading complex hospitality, commercial, and luxury residential projects throughout the United States, Caribbean, and Bermuda.

In her role, Patricia provides executive oversight of projects from preconstruction and design coordination through procurement, construction, turnover, and closeout. Her approach is centered on proactive risk management and disciplined control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while maintaining clear accountability among owners, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders. She brings particular strength to the early stages of a project, where constructability, procurement strategy, budgeting, scheduling, contract coordination, and early identification of project risk can have the greatest impact on project performance, and is equally comfortable in the field, working directly with contractors and design teams to resolve construction issues and maintain forward progress.

Throughout her career, Patricia has served in senior leadership roles including Owner’s Representative, Project Executive, Project Director, Senior Project Manager, and General Contractor. Her hospitality experience includes major renovation and development projects involving luxury and internationally recognized hotel brands, as well as complex occupied-hotel capital improvement programs.

A licensed General Contractor in multiple states, Patricia combines executive-level project leadership with extensive hands-on construction knowledge. She holds the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) certification and is currently pursuing the PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) and PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) credentials, further strengthening her expertise in two disciplines fundamental to successful construction management: risk and schedule.

Her leadership philosophy is straightforward: identify risk early, establish accountability, communicate clearly, and protect the Owner’s interests throughout every phase of construction.
