Located in Uptown’s vibrant business and entertainment district, Moxy Charlotte is designed for modern travelers seeking a playful yet seamless hospitality experience.

The hotel marks Montford Group’s 18th operating hotel within its growing national portfolio. Moxy Charlotte Uptown is the company’s second ground-up Moxy project, building on the success of its inaugural Moxy development in Charleston, SC, and continuing its strategic focus on select-service, lifestyle-branded hotels in high-growth urban markets.

Managed by Lexima Lodging, the property features 208 efficient guest rooms with signature Moxy design elements, a 24/7 fitness center, a ground-floor Starbucks, valet parking, and 6,900 sq. ft. of flexible event space with indoor-outdoor connectivity and skyline views. Communal social spaces include Bar Moxy, a rooftop lounge, and multiple unique breakout spaces. The hotel was delivered in collaboration with BL Harbert International for construction, ODA for architecture, and DLR for interior design.
