The Montford Group and Opterra Capital officially launched their joint venture, TMGOC Ventures, to fuel growth in the hotel sector. The Montford Group and Opterra Capital have partnered on multiple transactions across the hotel, multifamily and office sectors, totaling more than $700 million in existing and pipeline development assets.

TMGOC Ventures operates hotels across the East Coast in Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio, and Georgia, headquartered in Charleston, S.C. and Boca Raton, FL, with regional offices in Oakland, CA and Miami.
