Central City Commons

Central City Commons is a forthcoming downtown, mixed-use development in Macon, GA, designed to connect the city’s vibrant entertainment district to the medical district and government center. The project establishes a new destination for entertainment and shopping in the heart of downtown Macon.

The development will bring 233 multifamily residential units together with 6,500 square feet of retail space and a 500-space parking deck, complemented by streetscape and park improvements that knit the site into the surrounding downtown fabric.
